Depression...

Anyone who suffers from depression knows that you can explain how you feel or why you feel that way. Most days it is a much shorter list to explain what makes you happy than what you are sad about.

People around you feel like you are just lazy or unmotivated but what they really don't understand is that you would give ANYTHING to feel excitement or joy. You would give your right arm to have enough energy just to shower and make your bed.

Depression sucks all of the life out of your body and soul. It consumes your energy and leaves you feeling as empty as a discarded egg shell.

It can make you sleep or keep you restless. The only constancy with depression is the black hole of helplessness you sink further and further into everyday.

I feel like the worst part of it is that you pass this generational curse on to those you love the most, your children.

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Products

My husband & I have used natural laundry detergents for as long as I can remember, usually Seventh Generation & occasionally Ecover. It was only a year ago that we decided to give Mrs. Meyer's laundry detergent a try because we love Mrs. Meyer's hand soap and lotion. I wish we'd been using it all along!!

At first, I cringed at the price because it seemed like so much to spend on laundry detergent.We wash all of our clothes & linens in Mrs. Meyer's, which hasn't given my husband's EXTREMELY sensitive skin any problems and my dedicates have survived just fine.

But after using the soap I know now you can't beat the price. After I did the math, I realized we used to spend literally twice as much on detergent. This was the most effective & economically sensible laundry detergent purchase I've ever made.
